We had a fantastic stay! Genesis is an amazing host—super prompt, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is in a well-connected location, making it easy to get around even within walking distance. It is equipped with nice appliances and has everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay.

My husband and I and our two dogs stayed at Genesis's for just over a month while undergoing some home repairs. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the basic necessities included. The host was very kind and communicative and provided thorough instructions for check in/out. She was super helpful and quickly responded any time we had needs or questions. The neighborhood is lush with pretty mountain views where we enjoyed daily walks with our pups. The area is walkable to restaurants and a great supermarket just across the street. There's street parking always available within a block or two which wasn't an issue for us with the provided zone parking pass. Overall, our stay was perfect during a stressful life event. We'd definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful! Such a great place. Perfectly decorated, everything is so clean, in working order, and comfortable. Communication is outstanding. Location is fun and felt very safe, friendly, and private. I can’t say enough good things!

Genesis and Tyree were tremendous hosts providing comfortable and safe space effectively serving as my home away from home for 5 weeks. The most important features to lodging with Genesis and Tyree was the authenticity and accuracy of the provisions of the property and open lines of communication and responsiveness to my needs throughout my stay, whether that be how to navigate Seattle via transit or dealing with an issue at the property. Thank you for making my Seattle experience seamless and one leaving me feeling like I never left home!

Great location! Very responsive host immediately addressed any concerns we had. I saw a previous review mention an issue with parking but really it was very minimal. It’s street parking which is explicitly stated. Most of the time there was a close spot but a couple of times it was down the street. No big deal and def worth it! Would stay again and recommend to family/friends!

We had an extended stay at this apartment - it was pretty spacious despite being smaller than what we were used to. Overall we had a lovely stay! Location: Perfect for commuters and foodies. Cute restaurants around and a very quick walk to the Beacon Hill Link station. Short drive to downtown, access to I5. Apartment: surprisingly spacious considering we’re used to about 2x the space. Everything is clean and fully furnished. Bed and couch were very comfortable. The hosts were absolutely amazing and so quick to respond to any of our needs. Would stay again or recommend to anyone for short or long term stays.

We loved our stay here!! Genesis was really prompt responding to our questions and was really kind and understanding about our situation while we were looking for a new place to live in Seattle! Checking in was super easy and it was wonderful to be able to walk around and explore this neighborhood. It was really convenient to have close access to the light rail because we didn’t have a car!

Genesis's airbnb is an absolute 12/10. Everything was perfect. From the location, ease of access and transit, communication, accomidations, the furnishing, it was all just perfect and I hope to stay here again in the future. The kitchen was the real attraction for us. It was stocked with every tool that we could need for cooking interesting meals, including an air fryer and rice cooker! The appliances were all in perfect condition. The big center island made cooking extremely enjoyable as the rest of my family was able to interact with me while I was cooking. The rest of the unit was exactly as described. The washer and dryer in the bathroom were wonderful to have access to.

We enjoyed the home a lot. The building is wonderful and the unit was well maintained and beautifully decorated. The hosts were fantastic and extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again with Genesis and Tyree!
