We stayed here for a month and it was great! The neighborhood is nice with lots of restaurants, a grocery store across the street, and authentic Mexican food behind the building. The space was very nicely decorated and felt spacious for a studio, even with two of us and two big dogs living there. For the dogs there’s a poop area next to the building. The foam bed mattress was super comfortable to sleep in and it comes with an AC unit for those warmer days. Street parking was fairly easy (they give you a pass for the 2hr street parking) and we only had issues like twice finding parking on super busy days. If there was ever an issue, Genesis and Tyree were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Overall we had a great stay and we definitely recommend this place!

Genesis and Tyree’s place is wonderful. I was a travel nurse staying for long term during my contract in Seattle and this airbnb was exactly what I needed. The apartment comes with basically anything you could think of. I’ve enjoyed the keurig, air fryer and using all the supplied cookware. It’s hard to maintain your home habits and cook at home when you’re traveling for work but Genesis and Tyree made it easy for me. The home is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The bed is super comfortable, the couch is comfortable. The link rail station is literally around the corner, which was so convenient. Oh also, the door uses a passcode instead of a key which I love, you can’t lock yourself out! Genesis was very quick to respond to inquiries and pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend!
