BEACON HILL IS EASY WITH OR WITHOUT A CAR. ★ Public Transportation is readily available. - The LIGHT RAIL is right around the corner and runs every 6, 10, or 15 minutes depending on the time of day. It will transport you to and from the airport, in addition to some of Seattle's other great neighborhoods and attractions. - Buses will take you directly to Downtown Seattle or to First Hill/Broadway where many hospitals and the Capitol Hill District is located. ★ With a Walk Score of 85, this area is very walkable. There are a lot of amazing bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks all within a few minutes walk or drive. ★ Free street parking is typically available within a block or two if you do have your own car. ★ If you don't have a car but would like to use one for the day or hour, Gig Car Share might be something you want to look into and is available in the area. ★ With a Bike Score of 93, this area is also a "Biker's Paradise".
