My husband and I and our two dogs stayed at Genesis's for just over a month while undergoing some home repairs. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the basic necessities included. The host was very kind and communicative and provided thorough instructions for check in/out. She was super helpful and quickly responded any time we had needs or questions. The neighborhood is lush with pretty mountain views where we enjoyed daily walks with our pups. The area is walkable to restaurants and a great supermarket just across the street. There's street parking always available within a block or two which wasn't an issue for us with the provided zone parking pass. Overall, our stay was perfect during a stressful life event. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location! Very responsive host immediately addressed any concerns we had. I saw a previous review mention an issue with parking but really it was very minimal. It’s street parking which is explicitly stated. Most of the time there was a close spot but a couple of times it was down the street. No big deal and def worth it! Would stay again and recommend to family/friends!

Great little spot with everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location, with the light rail station around the corner. Street parking was not bad at all alway found a spot right away. There was also a roof top lounge area with incredible views of Rainier.

The space is beautiful and the location is unbeatable. I stayed here for a month when first moving to Seattle. There is a grocery store across the street, a light rail station around the corner, amazing cafes and restaurants within 20 feet. Lots to do during the day and super quiet at night. The view of Rainer, the docks, and Cougar mountain from the roof are breathtaking. The hosts responded incredibly quickly to every question I had. I would highly recommend this space!

BEACON HILL IS EASY WITH OR WITHOUT A CAR. ★ Public Transportation is readily available. - The LIGHT RAIL is right around the corner and runs every 6, 10, or 15 minutes depending on the time of day. It will transport you to and from the airport, in addition to some of Seattle's other great neighborhoods and attractions. - Buses will take you directly to Downtown Seattle or to First Hill/Broadway where many hospitals and the Capitol Hill District is located. ★ With a Walk Score of 85, this area is very walkable. There are a lot of amazing bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks all within a few minutes walk or drive. ★ Free street parking is typically available within a block or two if you do have your own car. ★ If you don't have a car but would like to use one for the day or hour, Gig Car Share might be something you want to look into and is available in the area. ★ With a Bike Score of 93, this area is also a "Biker's Paradise".
